Collections Agent

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments

· Negotiate repayment plans

· Maintain accurate call records and notes

· Meet daily and monthly collection targets

· Handle customer objections professionally

· Escalate difficult cases when necessary

Requirements:

· Good communication skills (English required)

· Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM)

· Ability to work under pressure

· Strong discipline and attendance
