Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in real estate
• Strong understanding of property management and business operations
• Proven leadership and revenue growth experience
