DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for automotive lubricants within the assigned market area.
- Actively sell and promote petroleum lubricant products to garages, transporters, service stations, and retail clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide technical support and guidance on appropriate lubricant products for different engines and applications.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand within the petroleum sector.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and emerging market opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Field Execution
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of automotive lubricants and petroleum-based products.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and performance advantages.
- Support brand visibility through field visits, promotions, and product activation activities.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling petroleum products, especially lubricants.
- Strong understanding of automotive lubricants and petroleum product applications.
- Proven ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
