Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base within the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in the FMCG, agribusiness, consumer goods, or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing distributors and achieving sales growth.

- Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Highly target-driven with strong commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
