Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day project and site operations.
- Assist with HR administration, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance records, leave management, and personnel documentation.
- Support procurement activities by obtaining quotations, preparing purchase requests, tracking orders, and coordinating timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, meetings, and other logistics for project personnel.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, filing systems, correspondence, and office records.
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate the procurement of office supplies and consumables.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, service providers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare routine administrative reports and provide general support to the Project Management team.
- Perform other administrative and project-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in administration, HR, procurement, or project support.
- Experience within the construction, EPC, power, energy, engineering, or infrastructure sector will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations when required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Male candidates are preferred due to project operational requirements.
Working Conditions:
- Shared company accommodation (2–3 per room) and daily workplace transportation provided. (Candidates must provide their own laptop; meals are self-prepared in a shared kitchen).
- Overtime is paid in accordance with company policy.
