• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage options.
• Take customers' orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and attend to additional requests.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process bills and payments accurately where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other items.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables after customers leave.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote menu items, specials, and other services when appropriate

Requirements:

• SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Waitress, Waiter, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Good listening and order-taking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
