Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Plant.

Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, industrial air conditioning units, chillers, Compressors, Pumps, Motors and related utility equipment.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical faults to minimize production downtime.

Monitor the performance of utility systems and ensure optimum operational efficiency.

Carry out routine inspections, servicing, calibration and equipment repairs.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and improvement projects.

Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.


Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & air conditioning, Industrial Plant Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in utility and mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience operating and maintaining RO Plants, ETP Systems, HVAC systems, industrial chillers, air compressors, pumps and utility equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
