Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, SAP maintenance modules, troubleshooting, RCA, and equipment reliability. Experience leading engineering teams and implementing Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Engineering & Maintenance Management: Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime. Reliability & Utilities: Manage equipment performance, root cause analysis, reliability improvement, and critical plant utilities including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, water treatment, and power systems. Projects, CAPEX & Spare Parts: Oversee engineering projects, equipment installations, plant modifications, CAPEX requirements, spare parts availability, and engineering budgets.
