Tours And Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic travel destinations and tour packages.
• Plan and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences.
• Book hotels, transport, and other travel-related services.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media.
• Promote domestic tour packages and travel services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a tours and travel company is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Kenya's domestic tourist destinations.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with online booking systems is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
