Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management)
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
