Job Description
- 管理吉隆坡分行的完整招聘流程，包括职位发布、简历筛选、人才搜寻、面试安排、录用谈判及入职跟进。
- 根据业务需求招聘各类岗位人才，包括物流运营、电子商务运营、财务、海关清关、跨境支付及行政支持。
- 开发并维护本地招聘渠道，包括LinkedIn、JobStreet、Indeed、招聘社区、员工推荐和招聘机构。
- 与各部门负责人及深圳总部沟通，了解招聘需求、招聘优先事项及预计入职日期。
- 建立并维护人才库，监控候选人进展，保持招聘记录和候选人信息的最新。
- 处理工作邀请、入职文件收集、背景调查以及新员工入职安排。
- 协助维护员工记录、考勤、休假管理、试用期跟进及基本员工关系事务。
- 协助制定和实施人力资源政策和程序，确保招聘及人力资源实践符合马来西亚适用的劳动法律法规。
- 定期准备招聘报告，涵盖招聘进展、招聘时间、招聘成本及员工入职状态，供管理层审查。
- 处理公司分配的一般行政职责及其他人力资源相关任务。
