Staff Nurse / First Aid Officer

• Provide basic first aid for minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, burns, sprains, and nosebleeds

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize individuals until professional medical assistance arrives.

  Maintain confidentiality while handling health-related information

• Monitor employees or guests who feel unwell while on the premises

• Observe individuals recovering from minor illnesses or injuries until they are fit to resume activities or are referred for further treatment

• Keep accurate records of health incidents and first aid treatments administered

• Educate staff on basic health, hygiene, and workplace safety practices

• Promote preventive health measures and encourage healthy habits

• Support workplace wellness initiatives where applicable.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Certification in Basic First Aid, CPR, or a related health and safety course is required.
• Additional training in occupational health or emergency response is an advantage.
• Previous experience in first aid, workplace health support, caregiving, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience using basic health monitoring equipment is an added advantage.
