Requirements:

• Sort laundry according to fabric type, color, and washing requirements.

• Operate washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment, and other laundry machinery safely and efficiently.

• Wash, dry, press, fold, and package laundry items.

  Inspect garments and linens for stains, damage, or repairs before and after laundering.

• Apply appropriate stain removal techniques when necessary.

• Ensure laundry is returned to customers or departments in excellent condition and on time.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment.

• Monitor and report equipment faults or maintenance needs.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Keep records of laundry items received and delivered, where required.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

• Previous experience in a laundry, hospitality, or housekeeping role is an advantage.

• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

  Basic knowledge of different fabrics, detergents, and stain removal techniques.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
