SPA RESERVATIONS ADMINISTRATOR & CONSULTANT

• Responsibilities

The candidate must accurately obtain and input Guest profile information for spa reservations.

• Ensure all the necessary information is received from the arriving guests prior to their stay
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share through spa bookings
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders
• Requirements
• Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Management in Hospitality from a well-established and accredited institution
• Must poses 5 – 10 years’ experience in Hospitality and Guest relations
• Must possess strong communication skills and must be proficient with Res-request and modern Spa systems
• Expertise in market research, data analysis, and developing new clientele channels
• Updated curriculum vitae and traceable work history
• The candidate must have strong computer skills and be excellent with Pastel, Microsoft and Excel models
