Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the auto parts store.
• Lead, train and supervise the sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate purchasing according to inventory levels.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with garages, fleet companies and wholesale customers.
• Prevent stock losses and ensure proper internal controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
• Good knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Good knowledge for the local market items and prices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible and customer-oriented.
