Job Description

Salary: KES 40,000 + Commissions
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on tour packages and travel options.
  • Prepare quotations and manage tour and car hire bookings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and vehicle schedules.
  • Promote and sell company tour packages.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reports.

 Minimum Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the tours and travel industry.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
