  • We are seeking a highly accomplished, strategic, and results-driven
  • Senior Manager – Human Resources

to provide leadership in the development and implementation of human capital strategies that support organizational growth and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, providing expert people advisory services, and driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.

  • Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Provide strategic HR advice to management and key stakeholders.

Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.

Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.

Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Conduct HR benchmarking, workforce analytics, and remuneration reviews to support informed decision-making.

Monitor and enhance employee productivity, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure excellence in service delivery.

  • Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Law, or a related field.

Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

Professional membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) or an equivalent recognized professional body.

Minimum of 10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR governance, and best-practice human resource management.
