Security Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively guide security staff.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure and in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and law enforcement.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in security management or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
