An opportunity has arisen with a leading Furniture Manufacturing Institution for a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to join our team. This is a critical role where your sales expertise, customer-focused approach, and ability to identify opportunities will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance our reputation for service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate sales within and outside the branch to achieve allocated sales targets.• Conduct market surveys, including competitor and customer analysis, to identify opportunities.• Participate in branch marketing activities and brand awareness campaigns.• Ensure stock is properly displayed, merchandised, and promoted to maximize visibility.• Educate customers and demonstrate product features and usage effectively to support purchasing decisions.• Manage customer accounts, process invoices, and ensure all transactions are properly authorized.• Contribute to team goals by upselling related products and promoting special offers where appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management or an equivalent qualification.• A minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail industry.• A valid driver’s licence• Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.• Highly organised, self-motivated, and well presented.
