Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect to lead the Early Education Integration System project, designing secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with organizational digital strategy. This role bridges business needs with technical architecture, driving end-to-end solution design and complex system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions and guide technical strategy/execution

2.     Design and lead complex API-based integrations connecting Salesforce with external systems

3.     Ensure solutions meet data security, performance, and backup/restore standards

4.     Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture

5.     Advise on standard Salesforce functionality vs. customization for complex requirements

6.     Create technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams

7.     Lead code reviews, design workshops, and release planning sessions

8.     Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog refinement and story decomposition

9.     Support Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes

Required Skills & Certifications:

·        Salesforce Technical/Application Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications

·        Copado certification; MuleSoft I & II certifications

·        7+ years: requirements analysis, complex Salesforce solution architecture, Apex/LWC/Aura/Flows/SOQL/SOSL, object-oriented design (Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby)

·        7+ years: data migration/ETL strategies, mobile solution architecture, Shield & Lightning

·        5+ years: Salesforce DevOps/CI-CD, WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance, GitHub/BitBucket, Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

·        Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication skills
