Senior .NET Application & Accessibility Consultant

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior .NET Consultant to lead full-stack development and ADA accessibility remediation for legacy .NET web applications and Crystal Reports PDFs, leveraging AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude AI) to ensure WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.     Develop/maintain .NET Core, C#, Telerik UI, HTML5/CSS3/JS applications

2.     Audit and remediate accessibility using NVDA, WAVE, Claude AI

3.     Convert legacy Crystal Reports PDFs into ADA-compliant tagged PDFs

4.     Use GHEC Copilot & Claude AI for code refactoring, docs, testing

5.     Manage CI/CD pipelines and release workflows

Required Skills & Certifications:

·        7-8 years: .NET Core, ASP.NET, C# enterprise patterns

·        Expert: JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, HTML5, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, Section 508

·        Accessible PDF development experience

·        GHEC Copilot & Claude AI hands-on expertise

·        CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines) experience
