• Identify and develop new business opportunities for security services through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Promote the company's security solutions, including manned guarding, alarm response, CCTV surveillance, access control, and other security services.

• Conduct client visits and security needs assessments to understand customer requirements.

• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies and pricing guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and client retention.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

• Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and client records are complete and accurately maintained.

• Follow up with clients after service implementation to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
