Responsibilities:

• The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects, and build strong relationships with existing clients.
• Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals.
• The role also involves tracking sales performance, updating CRM or sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
• The Sales Representative will contribute to sales forecasts, provide market feedback, and support promotional activities to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, understand client needs, and provide suitable solutions.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet targets.
• Comfort with basic sales tools and CRM systems, and the ability to analyze sales data for decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively on-site in Accra.
