Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s mechanical & electrical (M&E) contracting services. This role combines sales activities with marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and secure projects within the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new project opportunities in construction, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Tender & Proposal Support: Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Marketing Strategy: Execute marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and corporate branding activities.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
• Event Coordination: Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
