Sales Managers (Data Centre Electrical Solutions/Busduct/Busway/Switchgears)

Job Description & Requirement:

1. Minimum 3 years of commercial, business development, or account management experience within the data centre sector. 
2. ⁠Demonstrated success in initiating contact and securing direct engagements with key decision-makers: data centre operators, consultants, and main contractors.
3. Ability to map client infrastructure requirements to specialised electrical solutions, specifically positioning power quality, electrical protection, renewable energy, lightning protection, and BESS.
4. ⁠Proven track record of developing strategic network partnerships and securing vendor approvals across complex supply chains. 
5. Capable of driving end-to-end commercial opportunities, from initial market discovery and value proposition design to enterprise contract negotiation. 
6. ⁠Adept at analysing competitor landscapes and utilising CRM methodologies to optimise commercial pipelines and revenue delivery.
