Sales and Marketing Officer – KisiiJob Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Kisii. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote and market the company's products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and marketing events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be a resident of Kisii.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good presentation and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be ready to start work immediately.

Employment Details

• Location: Kisii
• Retainer: KES 10,000 per month
