- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategies
- Supervise and monitor follow-up on leads and prospects
- Drive sales closures and improve conversion rates
- Train, motivate, and ensure accountability within the sales team
- Build strategic partnerships with agents, marketers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Improve customer acquisition and sales processes
- Work closely with management to execute growth and expansion plans
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: HND/BSc
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales leadership or business development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience leading and managing sales teams
- Strong leadership, accountability, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Ability to build systems, structures, and scalable processes
- Smart, energetic, proactive, and result-oriented
