Job Description

Promote and sell motorcycles, accessories, and related products to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by Management.
Identify and approach potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, social media, roadshows, and other sales activities.
Follow up with sales inquiries and leads promptly.
Build and maintain a strong customer database.
Conduct demonstrations and explain features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
Stay updated on current motorcycle models, promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
Provide professional consultation to customers regarding suitable motorcycle models based on their needs and budget.
Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding pricing, financing, insurance, and registration processes.
Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the sales process.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with hire purchase loan applications and financing documentation.
Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and insurance providers where required.
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Monitor loan approval status and update customers accordingly.
Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events organized by the Company.
Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp to generate sales leads.
Create and maintain online listings and sales advertisements when required.
Support marketing activities to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ensure proper handling and upkeep of showroom motorcycles and display units.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and sales processes.
