Key Roles and Responsibilities

· Coordinate property sales activities from lead generation to successful transaction completion.

• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Manage customer inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Track sales performance, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
• Coordinate property viewings, client meetings, and project launches while ensuring timely follow-up on prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to facilitate seamless sales operations and timely project updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Sales Coordination role within the Real Estate or Property Development sector.
• Strong knowledge of property sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate is an added advantage.
