Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support.
  • Manage correspondence, calls, documents, visitors, and office communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, events, travel, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, letters, meeting agendas, minutes, and other official documents.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requirements.
  • Support HR activities, including employee records, onboarding, leave management, and recruitment coordination.
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, expenses, and payment documentation.
  • Prepare administrative reports and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience using office management or administrative systems is an added advantage.
