Job description:

• Assist customers in selecting products and services based on their needs and preferences.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions to customers.
• Recommend suitable products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.
• Monitor product availability and assist with restocking and inventory checks.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the sales area.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on products, services, promotions, and sales policies.

Qualifications

• With or without sales experience; experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
