Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our solar energy products and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other solar energy products.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Conduct product presentations and explain solar solutions to customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and potential sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and other departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and projects.
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates/reports.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Stay updated on solar products, market trends, and competitors.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• With sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Willing to learn about solar energy products and solutions.
• Willing to travel or conduct field work when required.
