Job Description

Work Global Careers Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate company for experienced and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting real estate products, generating and converting leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and qualified sales leads.
• Market and promote real estate properties to potential clients.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and client follow-up reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid passport is required; USA Visa will be an added advantage.
