Recruitment Associate

Presam Group of Companies is a 100% family owned corporation with subsidiaries in the fields of Petro-chemical industry, construction, supply and distribution, property and resort development, hauling and transport and Retailing. The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting and managing the centralized hiring process across multiple departments or business units. This role ensures a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment experience by coordinating sourcing, screening, and hiring activities in alignment with company standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• With 2 experience in detailed end-to-end recruitment process
• Proactive and resourceful
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Good interpersonal and time management skills
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to work at Cainta Rizal
• Can start as soon as possible
