• Responsibilities

Undertake reception duties and facilitate entry into Bank buildings in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Facilitate security vetting and clearance as required by the policies of the Bank and various legal instruments.

Screen staff members and visitors at entry and exit, physically or using equipment such as X-Ray machines and metal detectors.

Capture visitors’ and contractors’ data into the visitor management system and issue them with access cards.

Conduct security and safety inductions for visitors and contractors, and ensure compliance with requirements.

Escort visitors and contractors at all Bank facilities.

Conduct physical security and safety surveillance and inspections of the Bank’s facilities on a regular basis.

Man the Control Room and operate security and safety systems to facilitate access authorisation and conduct surveillance.

Conduct investigations on all security and safety breaches and report the findings and recommendations to the management team.

• Requirements

A Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Safety Management or equivalent, plus two (2) years’ relevant experience. A Light Duty, PSV and/or Heavy-Duty Driver’s Licence, plus three (3) years accident-free driving experience, will be an added advantage.

The most suitable candidate is expected to demonstrate knowledge of security concepts and have leadership skills; communication skills; problem-solving skills; interpersonal skills; decision-making skills; and good ethical conduct.
