Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of all assigned properties to ensure

efficient operations and high service standards.

• Market vacant units and oversee tenant sourcing, screening, onboarding, lease administration,

renewals, and terminations to maintain optimal occupancy levels.

• Monitor rent collections, arrears, debt recovery, and enforce lease terms.

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by resolving complaints promptly and

implementing tenant retention initiatives.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, including regular property

inspections, to maintain safety, asset quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage, supervise, and evaluate contractors, service providers, suppliers, and on-site staff to

ensure quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

• Prepare and manage property budgets, reports, and operating expenses.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable housing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate lease agreements, tenant records, occupancy reports, maintenance logs,

payment records, and other property documentation.

• Monitor key property performance indicators, including occupancy rates, rental collections,

maintenance turnaround time, tenant satisfaction, operating costs, and property profitability,

and implement strategies to improve performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related

field (preferred).

• MUST be a registered member of Estate Agents Registration Board.

• Proven experience in property management or real estate management.

• Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Financial management and budgeting expertise.

• Vendor and contractor management.

• Conflict resolution and tenant relations.

• Marketing and leasing experience.

• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skill
