DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning of Common Areas • Clean staircases, corridors, hallways, and other common areas daily. • Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize shared spaces. • Ensure entrances and exits are clean and presentable. Outdoor Maintenance • Sweep and clean parking areas, walkways, and the compound. • Remove litter and debris from outdoor spaces. • Maintain the cleanliness of surrounding property grounds. Waste Management • Collect and dispose of waste from designated collection points. • Empty waste bins and replace bin liners as required. • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in accordance with property guidelines. Hygiene & Safety • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately. • Report any health, safety, or maintenance hazards observed during cleaning. • Ensure cleaning equipment is properly stored after use. Property Support • Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages. • Assist with special cleaning assignments as directed by management. • Support efforts to maintain a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role. • Experience cleaning residential or commercial properties is an added advantage. • Mature, responsible, and reliable. • Good attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Good time management and organizational skills. • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties. • Honest, dependable, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
