Job Description:

• Maintains physical buildings and grounds, protects student safety and welfare, and ensures regulatory compliance .
• Oversee routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance for school buildings, classrooms, and grounds.
• Conduct daily and weekly safety checks on lights, heating/cooling systems, alarms, gates, and fences.
• Manage repairs involving minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and lock replacements.
• Ensure pathways, fire exits, and drains are clean and clear of hazards.
• Supervise third-party contractors, verify sign-in compliance, and inspect completed work.

• Minimum qualification of higher National Diploma ( HND ) in Building Technology or related areas
