Role Description

The Catalog Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s product catalog to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all listings. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring product information, images, and pricing are properly maintained and aligned with company standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the product catalog to ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Perform regular quality checks on product listings to maintain content accuracy and consistency.
• Improve product categorization and catalog structure to enhance customer navigation and searchability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure product images and descriptions meet company quality standards.
• Maintain data integrity within catalog management systems and internal databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience working with product catalogs, e-commerce platforms, or retail merchandising is preferred.
• Familiarity with product categorization and online retail best practices is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical and data management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with product photography.
• Familiarity with image editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
