• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for early years learners
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Early Years framework is an advantage
