Administration & Training Manager (Cybersecurity)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Administration & Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of our institution while delivering high-quality cybersecurity training.
The successful candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate academic activities, supervise staff, support student success, and facilitate practical, competency-based cybersecurity training. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and instructional skills, with a passion for developing industry-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day institutional operations.
- Coordinate academic and administrative activities.
- Supervise staff and support student services.
- Deliver practical cybersecurity training and assessments.
- Monitor training quality and student performance.
- Support curriculum development and industry partnerships.
- Prepare students for professional certifications and employment opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in administration, training, or academic management.
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge and facilitation skills.,
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Relevant industry certifications like Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Cisco CyberOps, Microsoft Security Certifications and relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in technology school management and cybersecurity facilitation will be an added advantage.
