This position is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives on research, candidate outreach, talent mapping, and building relationships with both active and passive candidates. What You'll Do: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions. Develop proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates. Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches. Conduct talent market research and mapping activities. Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams. Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing activity, and candidate availability. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. Proven experience building talent pipelines independently. Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills. Experience reaching out to passive candidates and nurturing talent communities. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS Platforms, Boolean Search Techniques, Other sourcing tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments. Experience recruiting for niche, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions. Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping. Experience working with recruitment metrics and sourcing analytics.
