DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

Supervise the daily operations of the photography department  across all attractions.

Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate photographer coverage based on visitor forecasts and operational needs.

Allocate photographers to designated attractions and ensure smooth rotation throughtout the day.

Ensure consistent quality standards for all photograghs into the sales system.

  • Ensure all

photograghs are correctly linked to customer identification systems where applicable.

Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy and company image policies.

  • Drive photography sales by promoting

photography packages and value-added products.

Monitor daily sales performance and implement initiatives to increase revenue.

  • Resolve customer compliants relating to

photography services in a professional and timely manner.

  • Monitor

customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure cameras, lenses, printers, computers and other photography equipment are maintained in excellent working condition.

Maintain an inventory of photography equipment and accessories.

Ensure proper storage and security of photography equipment.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.

Verify daily cash collections and sales reconciliation where applicable.

Monitor departmental KPIs including sales, conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Supervise, coach and motivate the photography team.

Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new photographers.

Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by Management.

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Degree in photography, multimedia, Marketing, Business Management or a related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial photography, tourism, hospitality or attractions.

Experience using DSLR, mirrorless cameras and professional photo editing software.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong leadership and people managament skills.

Excellent photography composition and technical knowledge.

Good understanding of camera systems, lighting and editing software.

Strong customer service orientation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Commercial awareness with strong sales skills.

Good analytical and reporting abilities.

Ability to work underpressure in  a fast-paced environment.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Good problem- solving and decision-making abilities.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and extended hours as required.
