Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of retail operations, field operations, or store network management experience
  • Experience managing both retail and wholesale/distribution channels preferred
  • Willing to spend 80%+ of working hours on-site visiting stores
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.

  
  

Key responsibilities:

• • Conduct regular store visits and operational audits (minimum 3 times per store per month)
    
  • Ensure all sales point partners receive supply chain support and day-to-day operational assistance
  • Coordinate product distribution and inventory levels, working with the production manager to replenish stock
  • Ensure equipment is functioning properly at all points and manage equipment fault reporting
  • Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
  • Track point-of-sale data and provide timely market feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and finance teams.
  • Support new partner onboarding and operational setup, tracking order volumes, delivery times, and partner performance.
  • Manage partner incentive programs and handle operational disputes.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for all sales point partners across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Provide frontline insights to the marketing team to support campaign optimization.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend strategic adjustments.
