Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all Ready Mix operations.
• Oversee and coordinate:
  • Outbound Logistics
  • Production & Quality
  • Inbound Logistics (Raw Materials)
• Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Foster seamless coordination between Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and other support functions.
• Champion quality assurance, health & safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best operational practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in an Operations Management role.
• Experience within the Ready Mix Concrete, Construction, Manufacturing, Quarry, Cement, or related heavy industrial sectors will be a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and people management abilities.
• A hands-on leader capable of delivering results under pressure.
