Job Description

INDUSTRY: NGO - Animal Welfare LOCATION: Gulu
JOB DUTIES:

Direct accounting, budgeting, grant management and compliance while building internal controls to protect the organisation's assets.
Manage operations and procurement performance to keep programs running efficiently and resources well managed.
Serve as a team leader, running staff performance reviews, tracking program impact and mentoring the administrative team.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA qualification.
At least 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience with more than 3 years in a senior management role.
Deep knowledge in fund accounting, tax filing, QuickBooks, financial reporting, writing and compliance.
