Job Description

The Motorcycle Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting motorcycle products, closing sales, and providing excellent after-sales service. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through field and showroom sales.
• Promote and demonstrate motorcycle features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Provide excellent after-sales support to customers.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or retail sales is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
• Valid riding license (Class A) is an added advantage.
