MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER

• Responsibilities

Develop and implement the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework.

Collect, analyse and verify project data.

Monitor project performance against agreed targets and indicators.

Prepare monitoring reports and support donor reporting requirements.

Conduct field visits and beneficiary assessments.

Support learning, documentation and continuous project improvement.

• Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences or related field.

At least two (2) years’ relevant experience.

Knowledge of data collection, analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.

Computer literacy.
