- Responsibilities
Mobilize and register project participants within target communities.
Conduct community awareness and sensitization activities.
Liaise with community leaders and other stakeholders.
Support implementation of field activities.
Collect field information and prepare activity reports.
Promote active participation of beneficiaries throughout the project.
- Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Rural Development or a related field.
Experience in community mobilization or working with vulnerable populations.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in rural and remote communities.
Knowledge of local languages spoken in the Okavango District will be an added advantage.
Commitment to promoting the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
High standards of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within the project area when required.
