ADMARC Limited Company was established as Statutory Corporation in 1971 under Chapter 67.03 of the Laws of Malawi. The Act was repealed in 2003. Following that, ADMARC was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company, under the Companies Act. The repeal saw ADMARC Limited becoming a non-subverted Statutory Corporation, but with Government being a major shareholder with up to 99% shares.
- The Board of Directors of ADMARC Ltd resolved to overhaul ADMARC Ltd by Corporate restructuring
The Board approved new structures for ADMARC Ltd with new skills sets to take the new ADMARC forward. All employees were retrenched.
ADMARC Limited, a Statutory Corporation in Agricultural Marketing, is looking for suitable, qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions: –
- Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Grade: AL 5
- Division: Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Location: Head Office
- Purpose of the Job
- To review and monitor implementation of Company policies, budgets, plans, programs and projects
- Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitating the development and review of M&E Systems
Evaluating economic and financial impact of Company’s policies.
- Participating in projects funding negotiations
- Designing various research instruments for surveys
Conducting periodic M&E meetings with partners in business, donors, Government and other stakeholders
Providing technical advice to management on monitoring and evaluation.
Collecting and analyzing data relating to the Company’s performance, providing reports regarding difficulties; and propose solutions.
Participating in the development, reviewing and monitoring of implementation of Service Charter and other operational guidelines and standards
Conducting monitoring and evaluation programmes on all ADMARC Limited operations to check conformity of programme implementation to strategic and business plans.
Developing and maintaining databases for all social and economic information relevant to the Company.
- Compiling and submitting periodic reports
- Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Economics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or Statistics from a recognised institution.
- Three (3) years’ working experience in a related field
